Makeup challenge:

Do you like makeup or SFX makeup? This is for you!! You can do this both in person or over video call, in a hat write different prompts for a makeup look. Then give yourselves a time limit and see what you can create. This is a great one to do together!

Trick-or-treating:

The most famous Halloween activity is trick-or-treating where you dress up in a costume and knock on doors of your neighbours and receive sweets so you won't trick them. This is still a very popular tradition, just remember to stay safe.

Never go trick or treating alone and always take an adult with you.

  • Don’t knock on the doors of strangers (or look out for signs that trick or treaters are welcome, such as Halloween decorations).

  • Keep your Halloween ‘tricks’ safe - damage to property or hurting someone is a crime. Threatening and abusive behaviour can amount to an offence too.

  • Remember road safety rules, particularly after dark.

  • Wear something bright so that drivers can see you.

  • If you are planning on hosting your own firework party make sure you tell all your neighbours, especially those with pets who may be affected by the noise.

Have a very Happy Halloween 2021 from all of us at ZILLO.
