National Relaxation Day
Now this is a national day we can get behind! Today is National Relaxation day. Stress and anxiety impacts everyone differently and it can really creep up on you. Given the issues our country is facing it can feel all a bit overwhelming and out of your control.
So as today is National Relaxation day why not kick your feet up and spend the day doing exactly that, relax.
Why not give yourself digital detox. Use this day to put away your mobile phone, unplug from the computer, and stay away from social media. You’ll definitely be feeling more relaxed by the end of the day.
