Every year on the 1st of March, people all around the world celebrate the healing power of music on World Music Therapy Day.

Music’s power and advantages have long been recognised and discussed. Music therapy is a clinical specialty. Music therapists utilise music to assist individuals, particularly children, people with impairments, those who may have poor/low mental health, and the elderly. Music therapy is a well-established health profession in which music is utilized to treat physical, emotional, cognitive, and social issues. Music therapy is more than simply therapists playing or prescribing specific sorts of specialized music to relax and suit the requirements of their clients. With music therapy, people who find it hard to talk can communicate through music instead.
