The Drop In (TDI) is available for young people aged 11 to 18 years. This service is available to SEND members up to the age of 25 years. The Drop In is designed to help young people to achieve their goals and aspirations through improving mental health and wellbeing.
TDI affects transformation by empowering young people to engage in opportunities.
We utilise arts, culture and sport to underpin our work, enabling young people to improve emotional health and wellbeing.
TDI is our new project, it replaces Café Create and will be responsible for frontline delivery of early help services to young people in need of support without delay.
At TDI we have worked with a group of young people to design our delivery and plan our emotional wellbeing offer for young people in Wirral in a way that has never been done before. Our unique project reimagines how TDI can offer help in engaging, dynamic and effective ways, incorporating our vision to support young people to Enquire, Aspire and Inspire.
We provide brief intervention support from experienced and dedicated youth workers. This will include ongoing 1-1 work as well as short term or once only support.
TDI supports young people along their personal journey, enabling them to build skills along the curriculum for life.

Young people are at the heart of the everything we do at the drop in, including the safeguarding decisions we make with them. Safeguarding is action taken to protect and promote the welfare of children, young people and adults, keeping them safe and protecting them from harm, this also includes looking after the safety of young people’s wellbeing and emotional health. We take our responsibility seriously and work to create conditions to help young people thrive.
