Young people in Wirral set for a spooktacular Halloween

Wirral’s Youth and Play Services are hosting a series of spooktacular events for young people over Halloween this year... and parents if they are brave enough! Expect everything from Halloween parties, quizzes and bonfires, to fancy dress, scary movies and even a haunted house...

Gautby Road Play & Community Centre will be transforming their sports hall in to a haunted house on Friday 29 October. The ghostly residence will be inhabited by a collection of chilling characters, ensuring guests won’t linger for too long! Entry is free and the creaky doors of the haunted house will be open between 4pm and 7pm. To book your time slot, pick up tickets from the Community Centre. Entry is free (children 6+).

Other local Halloween events for young people include:

  • Wirral Youth and Play Service will be holding a fangtastic Halloween party for 6-14 year olds on Thursday 28 October (1.30pm - 3.30pm) at Leasowe Adventure Playground. Entry is free with tickets available from the adventure playground.
