Mental Health Awareness Week focusses on ANXIETY.

This week you may have had assemblies or lessons, seen screen savers, heard radio discussions and even seen things on the TV about ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’.

The aim this year is to raise awareness of ANXIETY. Anxiety is a common type of mental distress and is something that affects lots of young people in the UK.

Here at Zillo we want to make sure you get the facts. Anxiety is a normal emotion that everyone will experience for different reasons.

But, if it starts to affect your everyday activities then it can become a problem.

Watch this video to learn the basics of why your body feels anxious.

Later in the week we will look at ways to manage your anxiety so keep checking in for more info.
